Parking Advisory: Y9 fans advised of heavy traffic during Rogers Cup

Toronto, ON (August 7, 2019) – As a result of the Rogers Cup tennis tournament taking place at the Aviva Centre at York University, fans planning to attend the York9 FC vs Valour FC match on Saturday, August 10 at 3:30 p.m. are encouraged to arrive early or to use public transportation in order to avoid parking delays and traffic congestion.

York9 FC encourages fans to leave the car at home on Saturday and consider taking public transit or other means of transportation to the match.

Limited parking will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the lot on the east side of Founders Road at York University.

York University also recommends fans to arrive between 2:00-3:00 p.m. to avoid significant congestion with the second session of the Rogers Cup.

The gates for York9 FC vs Valour FC at York Lions Stadium will open at 2:00 p.m.

Limited parking will be available at the east Founders Road lot, but fans are encouraged to take TTC to Pioneer Village Station.
